Michelle L. Carlos, MSN-FNP

Michelle L. Carlos, MSN-FNP, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana University, Indianapolis, IN in 2004. She received her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Indianapolis in 2008. Prior to joining JWM Neurology, Michelle worked in Emergency Medicine and Acute Care. She sees patients with all types of neurological conditions and is passionate about her role in health promotion/disease prevention and improving overall quality of life. She also serves as a sub-investigator in ongoing research studies at JWM Neurology.
