Kevin J. Puzio, M.D.

Kevin J. Puzio, M.D., received his Medical Degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI in 1982. Dr. Puzio completed a Neurology residency in 1986 and a Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship in 1987, both at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.

He has practiced in the Indianapolis area since the late 1980s. Dr. Puzio practices comprehensive Neurology and sees adult patients with all types of neurological conditions.
